Laptop overheating even if the fan isn't hot

    Hello,

So, I have a pretty annoying overheating problem which kept on happening for me for quite awhile. Everyday it got worser, but it stopped when I limited my fps to 60 everytime while playing a game and also purchasing a cooler beneath it. Then my laptop started to shut off on random occasions again. So, I decided to fix by blowing out the dust. But sadly, 2 of the bolts had their tops broken, so there was no way I could open the bottom layer of my laptop. So, I decided to blow air into the vents and other holes. But, when I checked if I fixed it or not the problem got worser. No matter if I limit my fps to 30 my laptop shuts down after 2 minutes. And the weird thing is that when I put my hand near the fan - there's no trace of warmth. Usually my fan would get hot even with the cooler and shut down. When I try to turn it back on it constantly shuts off like 10 times before it boots normally (before it would rarely take 2 tries).

Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

    Thanks in advance

Also, forgot to mention that a couple of months ago some collision sounds started to come out from my laptop even if I mute the audio
