A CPU upgrade in a laptop is usually not very cost effective. Many laptops CPUs are soldered directly to the motherboard making user replacement all but impossible. Finding a compatible CPU can be difficult. Identical model computers are often sold with different CPUs but you cannot assume they will all be compatible with your specific computer. The manufacturer will have the most reliable information but they tend not to be very helpful. They would much rather sell you a new computer than help with upgrades.

This is general information, not specific to your computer.

Even with a socketed processor, swapping out the CPU on a laptop is not for the faint of heart.

You still have to take it apart and try to get it back together again. Often that is not an easy task.

thanks guys for the info i think you are right maybe even if i do get a cpu it could blow the motherboard and have problems.on the second hand taking apart the paltop is not a big problem as i have took a few apart before completely to clean them and put on new cpu paste.just going to keep this laptop just the way it is as its going great as is.just hope dont give bother as il be keeping it for a long time.
