battery finished ?-capture.jpg

John, I did it ! Snipping tool. Found a real good video on y tube !!!

Learned something again today !

So the Battery that I buy should have a Voltage of 11.775 or 5% above or under and a Remaining capacity of o.o44 Wh or 5% above or under.

Is that right ?

Yep battery is scrap the capacity is gone, and volts are not crash hot anyway.

The snipping tool Thelma works on 7 just go to Start > type snip and a blue box will appear at the top of the Start menu - I just right click on it and attach it to the taskbar for easy access

Hello John , and thanks so much for your extra info about snipping tool . It's very handy and I will attach it to the taskbar, as a real tool it belongs there

So, today on the web and shopping for the right battery ! At least it is a very simple job to change it.

I will close this thread as solved and thank you for your good help, as always,

Cheers,
Thelma

Thanks for the pic and the battery you get should show 12v and usually slightly more but the lowest the ells should read is 11.4v and the highest 12.6v anything outside them and there is something wrong with either the battery (usually) or the power source.

Gllad yo have the snip working ok make life somuch easier eh?
