Minecraft wont start and Chip Type is n/a

My Minecraft wont start and gives this message:


When i go to check my dxdiag display it says that my chip type is n/a:


Minecraft has always worked until i done this clean install. I also followed the steps from the first image to upgrade my ATI Driver but it still does not work. What am I missing?

Upgraded to windows 10 and it's fixed the chip type and minecraft now starts.

Just be sure to download the drivers off from Toshiba's website, NOT from AMD's website. Unless you have your computer built by yourself.
