What's this bit of hardware ?

I came across this insane i7 at Overclockers UK the other day, and was puzzled by the big red gizmo in this pic. Anybody know what it is ?

It appears to be a coolant reservoir filled with red coolant.

I think you're right Lady F. Looks like it links the cpu and gfx cooling systems.
