"USB Device Not Recognized" after awaking from sleep

I recently had to reinstall Win7 Pro x64. Now one of my USB 3.0 hubs isn't recognized after the system awakes from sleeping, though it works fine after a reboot. Any suggestions for a fix? Thanks.

Hello mate I suppose you have tried the motherboard driver update? if not this is it https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P6...Desk_Download/

Now just out of curiosity are you running a Samsung SSD? and if so do you use the Samsung Magician software installed. I am asking because my desktop board also an Asus (P8Z77-V) suddenly lost its USB ports and the problem was the Magician software which I promptly uninstalled and cured the problem all ports returned. I was put onto this fix by another member who had come across it before and saved me from the cost of a new board

Yeah, I've already updated USB 3.0 the drivers. I AM running a Samsung SSD, but Magician doesn't ring a bell; if I'm running it, I can't find it. Where should I look?
