Is Win 7 compatible with LightScribe?

I customized an HP Pavilion dv4t series notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and LightScribe disc labelling. I returned it since LightScribe was not included. I ordered a 2nd one with same configurations and again no Lightscribe Logo. Technical support from HP confirmed that LightScribe was not included on the 2nd one aswell. Is WIN7 compatible with Lightscribe drive?

No LightScribe Drives?
I just went to the LightScribe Control Panel, and it said that there were no LightScribe drives found, when in fact I have two of them. I don't think that I have tried using the LG drive before, but I have my Samsumg, without any problems. I decided to try and use the LS Template Labeler to see...
