OK, now instead of Quick Scan Select Full Scan > Next . Allow Full Scan to complete.. When the Partitions found Window appears take a screenshot of that Window only and post. As before, click on Cancel button and then close PW.

Most probably you are asleep now and will see this post in the morning.

From the beginning I have been seeing that the starting LBA - whether it is Quick Scan or Full scan - is being shown as 8192. Does this mean that a few memory chips in the MicroSD card have been knocked out???? Possibly.

Now putting that thought in the backburner, we shall get on with the data recovery procedure.

Download the free demo version of GetDataBack Simple Data Recovery https://www.runtime.org/data-recovery-software.htm, scan your MicroSD card ( Please remove all other external drives/Flash drives etc.,) and report the results. Do you see most of your files? Just post the screenshot.

( No need to rush and buy that, even if it shows most of your files. We shall use another free software and try to recover the data in the next step. We shall keep GetDataback in reserve.)

Thank you jumanji for you help with threads such as this.
I'm glad I don't need your assistance on such matters because I don't have such problems.
I do enjoy reading your post.
It must take a lot of your off forum time to give this assistance.
From us to you, thanks.

P.S. Don't forget to take a rest now and again.

Do I download for NTFS or for FAT? The OS is on NTFS but the MicroSD card appeared to be on FAT.

Don't bother. Simply download the free download from the page, save, install, run and scan your MicroSD card. The software supports NTFS, FAT12,16,32

I did scan and skipped errors and at the end if showed a window with my files. They all appear to be there.

Thank you, very much appreciated.
