keyboard issues error 43 unknown device

First of all sorryif this causes trouble
I am currently having trouble installing any keyboard it was working fine a few hours ago now im getting error 43 the keyboard is a multimedia keyboard

Hi welcome to the forum. Try keyboard on another computer or another keyboard on the problem computer.
