    My CPU is underperforming, how do I fix it.


    I took a couple of performance tests and it all of them my CPU seems to be lagging behind what it's suppose to be it's normal performance. Any solutions?
    CPU: Intel core i5 3470 4xCore 3.2Ghz
    GPU: Nvidia GTX 760
    RAM: 16 gb 1333
    Resolution: 1680x1080
    Hard: 500gb Most of it occupied
    Directx 11
    Windows: 7 Ultimate
    Motherboard: Gigabyte Ultra durable 4 series not sure which one)
    NOTING OVERCLOCKED

    The first thing to look at it that hard Drive that you say is mostly occupied. A nearly full hard drive will certainly slow down the computer.

    I agree with Ranger, go get Auslogics defrag and run it and see how fragmented it is. Disk Defrag - Best Free Defrag Software For Your Hard Drive
