Hello PRAJESH!

I see you have one internal hard drive – a WD Blue 2.5'' 1TB. It has four partitions, including the OS and three data partitions. In the screenshot of the Disk Management beneath it's only visible that there is no CD-ROM Media, which is not your external unrecognized; the image is partial, could you screenshot the entire screen, please? The external is not recognized in the system through Disk Management. It also gives out partial data in Device Manager.

Do you have data on the drive you need? What happened prior to the issue occurring and the drive not showing up? I would be able to analyze more once I see a full image of Disk Management.

I could suggest you for now to change the external's cable, try all ports and test the drive on another system.

Post back!
