Need Help Decide ASUS VX239H or VX248H Monitor!

Hi all please help me decide with which model should I really go for as I have little time and I need to buy a new monitor today in the evening as I got a call from the store that the displays has arrived by Asus.

    1. ASUS VX239H
    2. ASUS VX248H

Now they both have some differences so please do click the link below to see both of the specs and tell me which one should I go for?

    Asus VE247H 23.6" Monitor vs. Asus VE248H 24.0" Monitor vs. Asus VX239H 60Hz 23.0" Monitor vs. Asus VX248H 60Hz 24.0" Monitor - PCPartPicker Australia

    VX239H is a 23.0" Display with IPS Panel + Built In Speakers + 5ms Response Time + 2x HDMI
VX248H is a 24" Display with LED Panel + Built In Speakers (not confirmed) + 1ms Response Time + 2x HDMI

Asus has the worst built in speakers I've ever heard so if there's a model without them get it instead :)
    They pop on startup
    I have the VG248QE

Out of the 4 listed there this one looks the best but also costs the most 1ms response time
    Asus VX248H 60Hz 24.0" Monitor (VX248H) - PCPartPicker Australia

Second choice is oddly the cheapest 2ms response time
    Asus VE247H 23.6" Monitor (VE247H) - PCPartPicker Australia

Not a lot of difference in this one and the second choice 6" :/
    Asus VE248H 24.0" Monitor (VE248H) - PCPartPicker Australia

Hey thanks for the response :) I bought the ASUS VX239H 23" model that has IPS panel but cost me about $36 less and it looks amazing with it's frameless design. Yes I connect the speakers and they sound just okish my Logitech S150 sounds a lot more better than the built-in one's but that's not something to worry as I do have a proper 2.1 channel sound system by Edifier with external Amplifier and wireless remote and as a backup I still have the S150 stereo speaker

The screen really changed my whole experience I'm very happy!

    5ms response couldn't change much :)
Typically you'd want the shortest 1-2ms.

That is usually the deal :)
Gaming might suffer a bit if over doing refresh rate.
