i followed the instructions on the error screen, about putting the OS disc in and click "Repair your Computer" and this was the result, can it be fixed.
If I'm understanding you correctly?
Try only hooking up the drive that has Windows 7 on it. Will it boot?
Just changing the cable hookups should not of hurt anything.
A power cable and a sata data cable must be hook to the same drive to work.
From your picture you have a power cable to #3 and a sata data cable to #2.
**Each drive need it's own power cable and sata cable hooked to it**

all 3 drives have windows 7 on them, #1 works fine, #2 & #3 wont boot.
Looking at you picture I don't see how any of them can boot.
You do not have a power connection and a sata connection hook to any of the 3 drives.
I will say again.

ThrashZone asked a excellent question. Why would you have three Windows 7's on one system.
Sounds like someone had a clone party :/
Only one being legal the other 2 not so much and M$ is zapping them in it's own special way :)
