    How can I fix this problem?


    My Dell Laptop turns on but doesn't boot? It just shows DELL at starting and restarts again. Help me.

    Hi welcome to the forum

    Turn on computer start tapping F12 and run the diagnostics for the hardware.

    You can also try with Safe Mode (F8) and select Last Good Know Configuration (I think it was like this).
