Look up your motherboard on line and find the usb 3.0 drivers and install them if they are not already installed.
I'm not sure how one can loose a motherboard CD. Do another search. It would make things easier if you had the CD.

According to your manual, the ones on the back are ASmedia and Intel,

The front header is just Intel.

It looks like it is trying to install an Intel USB driver in your screenshot.

Did you click run?

Unplug your card reader for a minute and try installing that driver it wants.

Did you ever install the chipset drivers? That may be causing some issue if you haven't.

Does an SD Card Reader need the Realtek 2.0 Card Reader Driver?
Hello, I have a question about SD Card Readers. I have one where you insert the SD Card, and plug in a USB cable to connect it to the computer. Does the SD Card use a USB Root Hub to connect, or does it use the Realtek 2.0 Card Reader? My real question is, if I had accidentally uninstalled my...
