Must have jinxed it. I happened again the only part i have not swapped was the CPU. The problems persist without the gpu so i conclude it is not that.
I have Swapped out ram to see if it was ram with standard 1333 ddr3
I swapped the motherboard with a gigabyte to insure mine was not the problem.
    I have a new PSU.
leaving only the cpu and harddrive.

Solved Failing Hard Drive Thanks for the help. I do not know why it was the harddrive, but you did mention OS Drivers take over after the bios so, I tested something.

    Great !
Is the HDD failing or is it just a corrupt install.
Need to reinstall OS to know.
What type is the drive I.E. HDD or SSD and how old is it.

Western digital HHD 640Gb it's from 2010 I took it from a friend who owned an hp. I reinstalled and it couldn't complete it. It would hang for I would say I waited 7 hours for a fresh Windows 10 disk Install. I borrowed my laptops spare and it installed and was up and running in 30 minutes.

Yes, that HDD is only now good for holding the door open on a windy day.

Have fun with your new clean system.
