Problems posting after Motherboard splash screen Crash

Every morning I go to boot, I can turn my computer on but it crashes right after the motherboard splash screen. I don't know if its effective but I repeatedly use the cmos jumpers till it finally boots to bios after I correct the settings and the pc works fine all day. Even with reboots it will work I checked the ram and with another gpu so i fear there is a Bios issue because I previously had to restore the bios from trying to update to the new bios and it failed and found work around to restore it. There was two cases when changing Bios settings before this reported issue that my bios would freeze, was told it was ram, but again ram checks out good still happens with other brand of ram.

Hi, It is often over looked but when you flash BIOS the next step is to go back into the new BIOS and select "optimise Defaults".
Then reset your BIOS settings to suit your needs.
If you have BIOS corruption then it would be sensible to flash the BIOS again with either the same or look for a new update.
I would also download it again as maybe the file is corrupt.
The latest BIOS firmware flash automatically re-set the BIOS these days.
Hope I made some sense.

I have flashed my bios just in case it was corruption, but the problem still persists. I could not find an Optimise Defaults but i reset the defaults before I set up my HDD to primary?

Next step would be to remove and assemble outside of the box.
Bare minimum just the OS drive and use on board graphics.
You need to ascertain if it is the m/B so it can be RMA'd

Ok, I pc is booted to the bare minimum. I used the DDU to uninstall all display drivers and reinstalled only what was needed.

My monitor flashes randomly. I does not report a driver crash or anything of the sort.

I would return the board to the manufacture.
When you turn on the power button the M/B will "Post" Power On Self Test.
The first thing it looks for is Graphics.
Then it moves into "BIOS" Basic Input Output System.
Here it checks all plugged in peripherals Sata, Ram etc and controls with correct Voltage Multipliers etc.
The MBR on the HDD is looked at next for the info on where things are located to load the OS.
This is when the OS takes over running the hardware and injects drivers etc.
Your M/B does not get to OS intervention before it falls over.
That's my nutshell.
