Lenovo Energy Management

Hey guys,

I am using Windows 7 on Lenovo G510 and its showing me CPU 70% and sometimes CPU 100%. Its really annoying. Any idea how to fix it ?

turn off windows updates see if it drops.

Hi JK,
Thats usually the major culprit, can you open Task manager(cntrl+Alt+Del),
go to the process tab, post yours back

I have my desktop computer on all day long running win7. I have it set so that the display turns off after 10 minutes on no activity. With the computer on but the display off, does anyone know about how much current would it be using compared to a 100 watt light bulb? Thanks ~Frank~
