Windows 7: How do I seperate my hard drives to act as seperate drives again ?

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
 
 

My solution of disabling the 2nd physical hard-drive was only meant to be done when not installing Windows
I do the disable trick to keep regular, normal, Windows sessions from diddling with the 2nd HD.
