Yeah, that looks pretty good, considering it's a pre-built and has an SSD.
Didn't know you were willing to reach to 750.
I'd say only a small chance you'll need more than 4 GB of RAM. You can keep track of your usage easily enough.
Win 7 Home Premium or Pro? You likely don't need Pro.
i5-6500 is overkill, but if you can afford it, it would likely be adequate for a longer period than say an i3-6100. And I think you did use the "F" word in a previous post, so a 6500 might make sense.
Just hope you don't have to deal with Dell support if you have a problem. You'll likely be connected to "George" or "Jim", a native of Bangladesh or India, and end up rending your own flesh. Been there my own self.
But that's true of all the big OEM builders.
