Driver for SkyStar HD2 with TE2 PCIe card

I noticed that there were some Threads about SkyStar but I was not able to understand completely what the discussion was about. I have had in my possession for many years this PCIe card and s/w. In order to keep MS happy I tried WinX. WinX made some changes to my HDD so I no longer had access to XP. After several months of using WinX I decided that it more trouble than it was worth, so I installed Win 7 64bit on my desktop and now I'm trying to get SkyStar HD2 along with the TE2 PCIe card working again so I can watch TV.
I have installed the latest Software from TechniSat on my desktop which was 47.5MB big.
I am using a Gigabyte MoBo which is rather new. It's Model GA-970 Gaming.
The installation of the software went rather smoothly and without a hitch. What I'm now looking for is a WinX driver for the TE2 PCIe card. Is there such a driver or is that to much to hope for?
