Showing only 1gig of ram

where are you seeing this total? In task manager, bios, etc
Open task manager and click on the preformance tab. what does it show as the total?
You may need to go into BIOS and change the max ram from 1 to 2 gigs

It says it when i right click my computer then go to proporties.
I clicked performace tap and it says 2.9 subscore for ram.

Not performance subscore that is called the WEI.
right click task manager click here and see what total is. In this picture mine is 3318.

Mines is 1023 which is 1 gig im assuming. So how do i enable 2 gigs in bios?
