i dont have Revo uninstaller and i dont think its free
however i forgot to reboot after driver uninstallation

i will give revo uinstaller a try tomorrow i thank all of you for the help even though the issue is still unresolved
i dont understand why people use revo uninstaller when we have windows program uninstaller
revo uninstaller could not fix the problem
i guess that its printer hardware problem as the local computer shop told me
how do you guys find time to answers all the questions that most people had here
i would like to thank again all of you for your kind help
Please confirm that you have done the following:
Downloaded and installed Revo Uninstaller?
Used Revo Uninstaller to completely remove the Printer software?
Used the original Printer software disc to re install the printer?
Re booted the PC?
