Uninstalled Synaptic in Control Panel. Now not sure if I have to Uninstall the Retail one included with Windows 7 iso before I try and install the Version I want?

And, do I install it via Device Manager, or just Click on the Installer where I have it in Downloads?

Thanks, Nasty
