Mousepad always active after sleep

I have Lenovo ideapad s400. i disable the mouse pad with the button on the F functions row, but it keeps becoming active after sleep.

It should be under Mice and other pointing devices.
If you find it right click and disable it

You have two pointing devices and you want to disable the mouse pad.
You said that you have a Logitech mouse. So it should be the other.
If you disable the wrong one you still have the mouse pad to undo.

Uninstall the Touchpad driver and reinstall the driver in Windows 7 compatibility mode:

b) Press Windows and x key together and select Device Manager.
c) Locate the touchpad driver.
d) Right click on the Touchpad driver icon and click on Uninstall.
e) Open the folder that contains the latest driver setup file that you have downloaded.
f) Right click on the setup file and select Properties.
g) Click on Compatibility tab.
h) Check the box which states “Run this program in compatibility mode for”.
i) Select Windows 7 from the drop down list.
j) Click on OK.
k) Follow the onscreen instructions to install the driver in Compatibility Mode..

There is no Disable option on the P\S mouse so i uninstalled it, but it reinstalled after restart. i disabled the Logitech mouse and disabled the USB mouse, not the touchpad.
I don't see on the services list any with the name touchpad or pointing device.
Is it a feature of Win 7 or Lenovo?
