| | It is compatible as its working here. Dont install the drivers on the cd. Windows Update should spot the cam. |

| | I've uninstalled the software, drivers, new and old, rebooted my machine, then plugged it in. As soon as I do, a "Driver Not Recognized" alert pops up, followed by "Your Device was not properly installed" and whatnot. Should I swap out cams at the store and try with a different one, or is this an ID-10-T mistake on my part? |
