    HD Shrinking +/-


    I have a 150 GB VelociRaptor with Win7 and programs installed on it. There is 125 GB of free space on the drive.

    Is there any advantage/disadvantage to shrinking the drive and having the free space be a separate partition? I don't need the space since I have 5 HDs in this machine.

    Only if you need the space for archives or dual boot...

I am having a 320 GB Hard Disk . And windows 7 home premium . I am unable to shrink my OS drive (C drive) to my choice . It is now having 158 GB and I cant shrink it further , so that I can make an another partition . What I have to do now ?
