| | Webcam Help Hello everybody For some reason I can't use my laptop's built-in webcam when I try to have a video conversation in Windows Live Messenger. I get this webcam icon with an X over it where the video should be in the chat window. The thing is, when I use the program that came with my laptop, Acer Crystal Eye Video, the webcam works.
