I have Just updated to Windows 7 on friday and have plugged my ipod in the computer as i always did but, as you will be able to see from the pictures. Mtp has failed to install?

Have tried replugging it in but to no affect.

Have uninstalled the device and reinstalled it, nothing.

Please Help.

Welcome to the Forums!!
I wish I could provide you with an answer, but I do not have an Ipod or an Ipod touch.
Be patient, there are lots of people with lots of experience..they will be along shortly.
(Right now it is 4 AM in California, so I am fairly sure most people here are still asleep--but not for long)

In the meantime, I suggest doing a search of the forums. I seem to remember seeing posts that address problems similar to your own...in here...somewhere.

Just be patient.
