    Any suggestions for Monitors?

I am currently looking for a new monitor used for gaming mainly.

My current budget for the monitor is in the $200-250 range. I don't mind the the what the size is, as long as it is more than 17in. I currently have a 17in that I have been using for many years now.

Thanks for the help in advance!

PS: sorry if this is not in the right section!

I recently picked up a Viewsonic 24 inch LCD 1920 x 1080 that seems very nice. It's pretty awesome for video and gaming. Cost was $200 at Costco. Model No. was vx2433wm.

I suggest looking at the reviews posted about various monitors over at Newegg.com to get an idea of what is out there, price, and what is highly reviewed.

Interesting notion, or is your thinking that none of the rest of the world have decent quality kit to highlight? TFT Central, which I linked you to, will help anyone, in any country, identify outstanding equipment from run of the mill gear.

Well, I meant if you were suggesting one to but for it to be an American website so I could order from them, By NO means was I trying to say that I didn't value a person from another countries opinion.

I am sorry if I offended you.

Also, will my graphic's card support mostly all of the resolutions? I have an EVGA 250gts 1gb. (If there is a list or something of the resolutions that it supports that would be great, I checked google but no avail.)

Thanks for the help in advance!

From what I can glean that card will go to 1680 x 1050 pixels and can support dual screens perfectly well.

hmmm, According to the EVGA website(Forgot to check this before posting that)
    EVGA | Products

    It says:
    Resolution & Refresh
    240Hz Max Refresh Rate
    2048x1536 Max Analog
    2560x1600 Max Digital

While the site you found it says:
    Resolutions:

    • 1024x768
    • 1280x1024
    • 1680x1050
