Mouse And Keyboard Problems

Hello Everybody,
i installed Windows 7 Ultimate Edition and after 2 weeks my keyboard and mouse made me problems..i tried with another keyboard an mouse and it didn't help.
For example: when i press on My Computer, it marks all the icons..
Or if i try to write something it write in Capital Letters , i can't also write Numbers..i tried make Repair and i uninstalled 3 times windows..

Please Help me!!!

i can't explain.....my keyboard and mouse are crazy! lol..
if i try press numbers it typed the signs and not the numbers..
and if i try to move an icon on my desktop it make Shortcut of it...
i don't understand this problem..

Go to the manufacturers website and make sure that you have the latest drivers installed...

i tried with another keyboard and mouse..and also i installed to my father on is own computer and he had thesame problem , so i downgrade to vista and everything fine there..i don't know what to do..
i have P31-ES3G motherboard, Wireless Keyoard and mouse-Microsoft, Q6600-CPU.
Windows 7 Ultimate X64.

Like Qdos told you, we simply need more information about your issue.

For you typing issue I might have an idea... I checked your profile page. The timezone indicates you are living somewhere in the USA or Canada. But maybe English is not your native language and you are using other than English EN-US keyboard layout?

What I mean is this: some keyboard layouts understand the CAPS LOCK button slightly different. I'm typing now using EN-US keyboard layout. If I now press CAPS LOCK on and type numbers using keys above the letter keys, i get 123456...

However, if I choose German keyboard layout and put CAPS LOCK on, the same number keys produce !"§$%&...

In other words, CAPS LOCK in English keyboard layout affects only the letter keys, when in German layout it also affects the number keys (those above the letters, not those in the number pad).

Confusing. I hope you can understand my point.

i live in israel..
and it make the problem only after 2 weeks or after..so i don't think that is because my layout.
another problem, if i click CAPS LOCK it on and off every second..
