Windows Seven and overheat CPU

Hi, I just installed Windows Seven on my laptop. Everything works correctly but, if I began install MS Office or Nero computer was very hot and fall down. I opened window and put laptop there - on the fresh air and installation was successful. Can you tell me how to decrease performance of Windows seven??? I also tried CPU meter and CPU temperature was around 80C. Thanks you for hint

Sounds like the machine needs to be opened and cleaned out. Like the fan and heat sink of dust and dirt etc...
