    Depending on how you have your browser setup it will usually save to downloads or you can download it again from where logitech told you to and remember where it goes. Other than that maybe it just isn't compatable with win7.

    try a different usb slot - the 2.2 works best..

    Tried all the usb ports so i think its just not going to work with windows.
