Windows 7: can not remove device from device manager

i had installed a vpn program from logmein, the hamachi program and after upgrading to windows 7 i have two hamachi adapters showing in the device manager, one shows it's working and the other shows a problem. i can't get the one with a problem to uninstall or get out of device manager, i've completely removed the hamachi software and one adapter will uninstall but the one with the problem will not, i have screenshots of what i have found in the registry and the info i've found from device manager, any help or advice is appreciated
