Hi guys

i've got the devices and printers is empty problem! Now, obviously i've googled this, and everywhere states that its a problem with the bluetooth service. only thing is, i've tried this, and i have no luck!

my PC is connected to a domain, if this is any help, but i get the problem regardless of what user i am logged in as. its happening on domain users, domain admins, and the local users too.

also, there are no group policies or anything applied, so its not being locked down by this.

has anyone got any ideas how to make this work?! because it is incredibly frustrating.

oh also, i've got this problem on multiple systems, which are completely different. 1 HP laptop, 1 Dell desktop.

help me please!!

Seems to be a common problem. I gave this answer to another and he was nice enough to come back to say it works.

Click Start button, type services into the search program and files box. This brings up a list in the menu, select Services. This should open a list of local services on your system.., Find 'Bluetooth Service" and make sure it has started, right click and set to 'automatic' , Select "Bluetooth Support Service" and start, set to automatic ) This has been found to work in more than a few situations with your problem
