TX1000z Weird Device Issue

The system is a TX1000z (2.0GHz TL-60, 4GB RAM, Nvidia Go 6150, built-in wireless N/bluetooth,fingerprint scanner, quick-launch buttons) and after installing Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (clean install of course) I am getting the "found hardware" sound (no notification mind you). Then a few mins later, the same noise. Now there is no "disconnect" sound, and opening the device manager, and watching, it will refresh when the connection sound comes on, but I cannot see what device is causing this issue.

What do you guys think. If I knew what it was, obviously it would be much easer, but do you guys thing that maybe it's putting a piece of hardware to sleep? and then it comes back out of sleep? I would hate to go through every single device in the device manager and disable sleep mode to test this. I browsed through the event viewer, and nothing stood out. Open to suggestions... and thanks for the help....

Did you recently add any hardware? Seems like an obvious question, but you never know.

Nope... Exact same hardware that it came with from HP.
