Hard Drive AutoPlay on Startup

So every time my computer starts up it loads the startup apps and then loads an AutoPlay window for my second hard drive. Any ideas on why that is happening?

It seems like the drive is connecting after Windows is started to me, but that doesn't make sense to me, because it is an internal 500GB hard drive.

What anti-virus are you using? Try downloading Malwarebytes to do a scan.

Nope nothing. I think it may be a power issue. I've had the issue since the power went out at my house.

It shouldn't have anything to with with power. Perhaps when you lost power, something corrupted. Try doing a Repair Install.
