    Proccessor Compatibility

    I just found out you can buy copies of Snow Leopard that can install on Windows. It said something about making sure your processor is compatible. How would i check if its compatible with OS X Snow Leopard (10.6)

    Here is a good forum on the topic:

    InsanelyMac Forum -> OSx86 10.6 (Snow Leopard)

    Look at the stickies. It looks to me like most any fairly recent Intel CPU will work.

    If I were you I would post on that forum, name your processor, and ask if you are good to go.

    Apple is useless and I've looked through the sticky on recognising your cpu - your pentium is not listed and I wouldn't bother trying.
