Windows 7: fax modem problem

fax modem problem

I have just upgraded from vista to windows 7 ultimate then I can't use any feature releated to the fax modem although it is installed successfuly and when I try to enable fax service i get the following "the fax sevice on local computer started and then stopped ..... " also when i try to enable remote access connection manager or remote access auto connection manager i get 1068 error massage can anyone help please

Fill out your system specs, are you using dila up for your internet connection?
