Monitor Calibration?

does anyone know any calibration software, or some good ways to calibrate your monitor?

I just got my 2233RZ Samsung 120hz Monitor and it seems a little too bright. I only calibrated my TV before and I am not sure how to do it on a computer.

Thanks for your help.
