Recover OEM partition

I have an Lenovo Thinkpad t42p with a 4.72 gb OEM partition that sits between my C:Windows 7 121gb partition and E:106GB partition. I am not able to delete the OEM partition which contains my old XP system recovery files. I would like to merge E: with C: but OEM stands in the way. Any way to delete the OEM without buying partition software? Can I set it visible in DOS or something, then delete it? Thanks.

Start menu - right-click on "computer" and select "manage" click on "Disk management" and... Oh, that doesn't work on my computer and presumably yours.
try GParted, it's free.

NOTE:
I reccomend just using gparted to delete the partition (and make sure there isn't some sort of "wrapper" left behind when you delete) and use the above to merge... I used Gparted to extend a disk and it changed the drive letter, making it unusable and complicated to fix.

Thanks Gparted worked great. Deleted the OEM partition then expanded to the entire drive.
Thanks
