Extra Drives showing up in explorer

Here's a screenshot of what i mean. Q shouldnt exist and yet, it does. Also the size of the drive is 0 bytes.. I dont know how long it's been there..but it's bothering me. Could it be due to a virus? I scanned with Avira, malwarebytes anti-malware and superantispyware. They couldnt find anything. Should i be worried?

sounds like your drive is partitioned into more drives than you thought?

drive letters aren't the result of viruses.

If what you are saying is true then shouldnt Q:\ show up here?

I can't see why it would have the directory "Q" unless someone gave it the letter.

Could it be a card reader, or printer with a card reader.....

If someone else has access to this computer, I would ask them what changes they have made.

No. I didnt mean anything offensive by that. Im just trying to figure out whats going on with my computer. Because it's unusual to have a random drive pop up when i didnt create it.

Im the only one with access to the computer the only time i messed with the partitions was about half an ago because im attempting a dual-boot. I dont have a printer installed. No usb keys. No usb drives. I just discovered that i have a card reader on the side of my laptop. There was No Q:\ when i had vista installed( OS that came with laptop). When i installed 7 it wasnt there either. I think it appeared around the time i installed the Office 2010 beta. Could that have something to do with it?

Yes, it's the Office 2010 beta. It uses "Click to run" technology.
