Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

Dominators are supposed to be the some of the best there is..don't take my word for 100% though. Do some research on it, troll around the corsair forums, overclocking forums, get some more info for yourself, and you'll feel more confident about OC'ing and what's best for you.

The lower cas latency, the better, not the other way around. 8 would be better than 9. Here's another choice a little higher in price I think.
