    USB Detection Issues

So I recently upgraded from Windows XP Professional to Windows 7 Ultimate, it's wonderful so far, only thing is I backed up a lot of my personal documents and files onto a separate USB drive.

I run two USB drives, one for school and another for personal use, it's a 16 GB SanDisk driver with a password added onto it, it's running the Cruzer program.

Now when I pop it in, it USE to get the AutoPlay menu up, but after I reformatted my computer once to update my drivers it no longer pops up. I can't even run the autorun.exe, and I think the only way I can access my folders is by having access to the Cruzer program, however it doesn't work.

Any suggestions or advice would help, thanks in advance.

Can you download and install the programs from Cruzer's site?

I have tried plugging it in a different USB slot, the one I am using isn't defected, and the program is already installed on the USB drive, they have a unique program that is installed and launches everytime the USB drive is detected.

However in this case, it doesn't launch for some reason, so I am not able to enter my password and browse my USB drive.
