    simpletech 320 won't recognize.


    i just recieved and RMA External USB hard drive. last night, and every night before since i got the thing, it worked great. today i resume windows and look for the drive. it's not there. i replug in multiple ports. nothing. i then rebooted with it still plugged in. nothing. rebooted with it not plugged in and then plugged it in when se7en booted. nothing. the light on the drive is on, so it's pulling power from the computer. i checked disk manager, and it's not there, and there is not confirmation sound when it's plugged in, probably because it's not being recognized. lost here.

    ugh. unplugged the drive from the wall, and then plugged it back in. recognized immediately.
