Windows 7: Windows 7 Doesn't Recognize Bluetooth Hardware

Windows 7 Doesn't Recognize Bluetooth Hardware

I'm running a Fujitsu T5010 I had bluetooth capability a year ago when I was running XP on it, and I've seen others with the same model have Bluetooth enabled. Fujitsu specs guarantee that Bluetooth is included in my model, and I've had it in the past. Despite this, I cannot activate it at all. The external switch is also connected to my wireless device; if Bluetooth is off, so must my wireless connection. I'm posting this via wireless, so that cannot be the issue. I cannot install the drivers Fujitsu has provided; they go about 80% and then abruptly cut out, saying they were interupted and that nothing was installed. I'm at wit's end on this problem, and this is something I've been struggling with even when I had XP installed. Does anyone have any tips?
