IS there any way to get a program, or locate a feature in windows 7 that can tell me what type of mother board CPU GPU and other peripherals that I am Using? Thanks for your help.

As with any hardware identification program, do not take the results as gospel! Occasionally you will find that (especially motherboard model #) info will be very slightly incorrect. Do not rely on any hardware identification reporting software as the basis for performing BIOS updates.
The best and most accurate method for finding the motherboard model number has, and always will be, to physically inspect the motherboard itself!
