    Bluetooth bluetooth headset


    Hello
    I Have a Hp notebook model dv5-1070-el with windows 7 ultimate, so i wanted to add my DR-BT20NX bluetooth headset, but the system don't find the bluetooth headset driver.

    Are you sure you have Bluetooth Services turned on?



    The default position is often that it's set to manual, and not automatic, start - hence the Bluetooth service does not run when you boot the machine... see screengrab...

    also, when you have some time could you fill in your system specs, to help you with your questions ...thank you:)
    As Qdos was saying, turn it on, make sure the device is discoverable, and then pair it.
    If a passcode is required, the default is 0000by the way.
