    Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 3000

I would like to ask you for advice with my problem. I installed this wireless keyboard and mouse into fresh new system Windows 7 x64. Everything was ok until first restart. It could not restart any more even if I remove this fancy keyboard. Does anybody have any idea where the problem could be? Is even possible that this wireless item did crash my system?

I tried it before, but with no success. I am very confused, because my computer is not responding a few second after rebooting starts. Even when I enter Bios, it is responding may be two seconds and then everything is death and frozen and only solution is power button. I cant believe that this is caused by this keyboard only but it was only change I have made. Pleeeeease, help anybody...... Thank you.

You installed a new OS, did it ever work properly? Did you install, the plug in the keyboard and you had problems, before the first use? I am trying to determine a bad installation or the keyboard. Probably on or the other.

I installed Win7 about a month ago. Everything was OK until I plugged in this keyboard and mouse. Those worked only until first system restart and never more. After this moment I was not able even restart system properly. And it is not working even after I switched back my old keyboard and removed every USB devices.

There are several repair procedures that we can try.

Based upon your post can I assume that:

You cannot get into BIOS to change the boot order.
You cannot get to your desktop, so that we can do an sfc repair.
    Cannot get into safe mode

Thank you for your assistance, I have solved the problem already. I cant see any connection between this wireless keyboard and my problem because it was one of my harddrives in the end. I have tried unplug everything in my case step by step including RAM slots and harddrives and found out that this stuck was caused by one of hard drive SATA slots. It is some kind of mystery because my keyboard was the starter and everything was OK before. So that is is even I dont see any connection and probably I will never use this keyboard never again. Thank you.
