How to delete old system partition?

I just built a PC with a 160 GB SSD for the system drive and installed Win 7 Pro. I added three other hard drives for storage, 2 were new 2TB HDD and the third was a 2TB HDD that has Build 7600 installed on it. This HDD has a system partition on it that I cannot delete through Disk Management. Any help is appreciated as I can usually google the answer but I'm not having any luck tonight.

What error are you receiving when you try to delete it?

You installed 7 on the SSD and it boots up fine as the only hd?

You then added the other hd's and one of them is listed as system?

Change the bios boot order so your SSD is first in HD boot order.
